After painting apply Clear Chalk Paint® Wax by Annie Sloan allows you to achieve a subtle matte finish to protect and increase the durability of your piece. For ease of application use we recommend the Chalk Paint® Wax Brush, but you can also use a rag from Lowe's or Home Depot to help you finish your piece.
